GARDEN ROOMS
A Structurally Insulated Panel (SIPs) System, has distinct advantages over timber frame building systems, and all other log cabins/garden shed construction methods. It is one of the highest calibres of construction methods available, and certainly the best choice for garden rooms to create a solid long term room in your garden.
What are the key benefits of SIPs?

A SIP's building is manufactured off-site and delivered as a “flat-pack” garden room ready for quick and efficient construction.

Due to the high insulating properties of the SIP constructed building, there is a minimal requirement for heating as incredibly the SIP building material has low U values, down to 0.11w/m2K.
What are SIPs?
SIPs are formed using two sheets of Orientated Strand Board (OSB), sandwiching a rigid core of expanded polystyrene or injected polyurethane.

SIPs GARDEN ROOM - BUILDINGS
SIPs - Structural Insulated Panel
SIPs - Structural Insulated Panels have been used for over 50 years as an energy-efficient building system.
They are manufactured using facings of OSB (oriented stranded board) with a filling of PUR (polyurethane) insulation. SIPs structural panels are labour & material-saving alternatives to traditional timber frame or masonry construction buildings. The insulation used in SIP panels is continuous and is not bridged by timber studs.
